Announcement: Queens Committee Established

The United Nations Association Southern New York Division voted to establish the Queens Committee with Margaret Shannon as interim Chair. The Charter of the Queens Committee is:

The Queens Committee of the UNA Southern New York Division educates, inspires, and mobilizes Americans to support the principles and vital work of the United Nations, strengthening the United Nations system, promoting constructive United States leadership in that system, and achieving the goals of the United Nations Charter for the Borough of Queens, New York City.
